Dr. Jim Spurgeon Dr. Jim Spurgeon is an Oklahoma native, a University of Oklahoma graduate and has been practicing in Norman for over thirty years. He is one of only 7% of general dentists who has earned the distinction of a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). He is also a talented "Mr. Fix it", who spends his free time remodeling his house on Lake Eufaula. Whether it's building cabinets, furniture, or fabricating a custom faucet from an old cast iron pitcher, he finds joy in creating beauty...both personally and as a dentist! Dr. Spurgeon has advanced training in implants, full mouth reconstruction, dental surgery and Invisalign. This training makes him uniquely qualified to treat a wide array of dental needs, utilizing multiples approaches and techniques to restore patient smiles and confidence. Dr. Spurgeon and his team have created beautiful smiles for hundreds of people, including local Heisman trophy winner Jason White and Mrs. Oklahoma 2008, Allison Greco.
