Services include: Architectural Design and Development, Site Planning, Historic Documentation, Historic Renovation, Energy Management, Health/Life Safety/Accessibility, On Site Inspection Services, Construction Documents Production, and Contract Administration. The firm has a varied background accomplished during fifty years of practice. Our range of experience encompasses many categories of project types for several Owner/Contractor arrangements, including conventional competitive bidding, negotiated contracts, design build contracts, construction management and Owner implemented work for private Owners, public bodies, nonprofit organizations, and institutions.
