At Inner Balance my goal is to provide quality, results oriented massage therapy for my clients. I tailor each massage to the needs of the individual by using multiple techniques to get the best possible results. I believe that knowledge can be empowering and the more we understand our bodies and the mechanisms that cause injuries, the more committed we become to getting better. My office is devoted to educating you about your body, how it works and how to heal it. I believe in working with my clients as partners, to learn from each other in our journey together to maximize health.
