Meredith Management was founded in 1951 by Sidney Rosenthal. The company initially developed and managed multi-family residential projects, including the first mixed-income "affordable housing" complex financed by MassHousing. Meredith evolved into a full-service real estate company, and substantially expanded its third-party management, development and brokerage services. Since it's founding, Meredith has developed, owned or managed over 3,000 apartments, 5,000 condominiums, and over 5 million square feet of commercial space.
