Richard Dean Associates was established in 1975 by two partners, Richard Bazirgan and Dean Goodwin, as a manufacturers representative firm based in New England. Dean left the business in 1984 and Dick Bazirgan remains the sole principal. RDA is arranged in two business groups: The Pro Audio / MI Division and the Consumer Electronics / Computer Products Group.
