Rochester NY Health Clubs and Fitness Centers Well, Rochester, NY, the snow has melted, spring is winding down, and summer is finally upon us!  We don't know about you, but we absolutely LOVE warm weather!  We can't think of a better way to spend a day then basking in the glorious sun.  But, we have to admit, that along with warm weather comes the inability to use the "I can't make it to the fitness center tonight because I'd have to shovel out my car first" excuse or the "it's too cold to go for a run" rationale.  (It's funny, though....did you notice that cold weather was never an excuse that we used in childhood?) But, while the beautiful warm weather makes it tempting to skip out on workouts, our bodies' need for exercise doesn't change.  We've got to keep moving.  Unfortunately, summer workouts yield the same results as winter workouts, but more often than not, they require significantly greater motivation.  Good for you, though, Spunk Fitness center is in town and aims to increa
