Fiscal Associates makes these advances available to both clients and to Traditional analysts. We do studies directly with clients but prefer other options. Since we contract anywhere in the country, field work directly by Fiscal Associates' can be expensive. To save the client money, it may be more efficient for us for a local analyst to do the field work using our protocols. This is usually the most efficient approach and it does not sacrifice quality; as noted elsewhere in this site, the survey of the supply of competing beds--because it is quantitative and rule-based--is normally well-done by Traditional analysts. If the client has a preferred Traditional analyst or an in-house site finding department, we would prefer to work with this analyst and share both the tasks and fees. If the client does not have a preferred analyst, we are open to finding a suitable local analyst. We can develop relationships with Traditional analysts so they can offer our techniques and our new types of High-Value studies.
