Zustek Corporation was founded in May of 2001. It currently has 110 employees located in Garden Grove, CA (headquarters), San Francisco and Hyderabad, India. Zustek originated as a spin off of OSI, a leading Oracle integration and enterprise solutions firm with offices throughout the U.S. and India. Zustek was formed to market and distribute email communications products and services that were in high demand by OSI's client base. Zustek's primary mission is to become a leading provider of low-cost, high quality service email marketing software and services. Zustek's unique approach to this growing industry has been to utilize high quality offshore resources to provide cost-effective product research and development (to continue to develop its flagship product, eBizmailer ) as well as sophisticated marketing services which Zustek offers to its customers. By using this unique approach, Zustek has been able to attract over 50 customers as well as Fortune 500 companies with many business units or brands that operate relatively independent of one another, such as Time, Inc., Sony and Park Place Entertainment. Zustek's offshore model also provides it with the ability to provide a wider breadth of products and services than most of its competitors. In this way, Zustek provides everything from a full-service solution (in which Zustek owns and operates the infrastructure) to a licensed solution (that can be purchased and hosted by a business in-house.) To be clear, while Zustek leverages the offshore model extensively, Zustek is not aiming to become a provider of outsourcing services to third party companies outside of the realm of its key business focus: Allowing companies to use email marketing as a powerful means to reduce their marketing costs and increase revenue.
