Yoga Sutra offers the perfect entry point for beginners of all ages and levels of fitness, including those who have never done yoga, can't touch their toes, are overweight, or are recovering from injuries. We are also the perfect place to continue the journey of yoga for a lifetime and offer daily classes in each style of yoga for students as they advance. If you live or work in the New York area your first class is free and you're entitled to 15% off any of our class packages on that day.
