Info

The Stonesong Press was founded in 1978 as a personal publishing imprint and became an independent book development corporation one year later. Since then, Stonesong has offered complete book development from concept to manuscript, printer-ready disks, or bound books. We work with all major trade publishers and also serve as consultants on publishing in general to publishers, associations, companies, and authors. Stonesong is noted for its books for large institutions and brands such as Harvard University Medical School, ESPN, Library of Congress, Chocolate Bar, Major League Baseball, USA Today and Discover Magazine. Stonesong has developed several best-selling books with The New York Public Library, including its million copy seller, The New York Public Library Desk Reference. The Stonesong Press owns Grand Central Press, a similar development and production company.
