We take an objective approach, take time to truly learn the needs of the client and the individual participants, and craft products and services to meet the needs. However, we will not attempt all things for all people. If HOLT is aware of an alternative provider that has a better, perhaps more cost-effective solution, HOLT will send the client to that vendor, or provide as much assistance as the client desires. We will not force a fit with an off-the-shelf program, and we won't force a custom development ... it is all dependent on the needs of the client.
