GlenRock was organized to invest in private equity and special situation opportunities and to provide strategic advisory services. Our advisory capabilities are typically deployed in support of businesses in which we have made an investment as principals, although we will selectively undertake stand-alone assignments. In all of our activities we are focused on identifying and building sustainable businesses that define themselves by their commitment to best practices. GlenRock has a global network of business relationships that has allowed it to develop proprietary deal flow and access to financial and human resources in support of its activities and those of its portfolio companies and clients. In particular, GlenRock has a collaborative relationship with similarly-minded organizations in Herzliya, Israel, and Milan, Italy, each of which operates under the "GlenRock" name and brand. GlenRock and its Israeli and Italian affiliates are working together to source, analyze and fund investment opportunities, to provide managerial assistance to its portfolio companies and to source and provide advisory services to a select group of clients. Our local presence and global reach combine to allow GlenRock to develop proprietary deal flow and to quickly and efficiently find solutions for its partners, portfolio companies, co-investors and clients.
