Whether your interest in boxing is to get into shape, learn real self defense that works, or to become a team member for competition, Supreme Team Boxing offers the most innovative and unprecedented approach to learning to box in the industry. Join the inspiring Coach Nelson in Central Park any Monday, Wednesday or Friday at 4pm or 6:30pm for pro-style boxing training that will get you in shape and help you lose weight quickly. Boot Camp begins with a 15-minute warm-up of jump rope, squats, push-ups, ab work and light stretching. Then you'll pair up for some hardcore boxing training. You and your partner will take turns holding pads while the other person dons boxing gloves and goes for it! In between rounds, you'll jump into exercise routines to keep your heart rate up. In addition to burning loads of calories, you'll also learn proper boxing techniques, including defense moves (like how to block, slip and row), how to make an opponent miss, and even a little bit of foot work. This intense workout will also incorporate strength training, calisthenics and weight training. Join the inspiring Coach Nelson in Central Park any Tuesday or Thursday at 4pm or 6:30pm or Saturday at 10am or 1pm for pro-style boxing and kickboxing training that will get you in shape and burn some serious calories. You and a partner will take turns holding pads while the other person dons gloves and goes for it. Between rounds, you'll jump into exercise routines to keep your heart rate up. In addition to classic boxing moves, the boot camp incorporates kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques to get your knees, elbows, and feet involved in the action.
