Risk Capital is an independent management consulting firm providing risk advisory services to companies in the energy, chemicals, mining and financial services industries. Risk Capital is comprised of risk specialists with backgrounds on Wall Street, the energy industry and academia. Risk Capital analyzes risk at the corporate or business unit level and recommends appropriate risk reporting structures and risk measurement techniques to support good corporate governance. Risk Capital focuses on financial risk management, typically advising the CFO's office. We operate on a retainer basis with a select number of clients and accept other engagements subject to the availability of our consultants. While our clients are actively involved throughout most engagements, Risk Capital is responsible for orchestrating and managing the risk advisory or transactional process so that our clients can devote themselves to managing their existing business.
