Riff Raff’s (East 26th Street at Park Avenue South), the late night party venue is now open for business Wednesday through Saturday evenings, 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Michael Stillman, president and founder of Fourth Wall Restaurants has partnered with Hari Kalyan (The Randolph) on the venture. Riff Raff’s specializes in tiki service, where oversized libations delight for the over-the-top Polynesian presentations with a cavalcade of rums, tropical juices and tchotchkes of all shapes and sizes, including coconut bras, Etro pocket squares, and Riff Raff’s own customized neon orange Wayfarer sunglasses.
