Quennell Rothschild & Partners LLP are landscape architects and planners. Since 1968 we have created and restored numerous award-winning parks and open spaces throughout the United States and abroad, ranging from small lots to sites of several thousand acres, for a wide range of public and private-sector clients. The firm is directed and managed by five partners. We offer a full range of services, from site evaluation, environmental impact analysis, and the preparation of master plans, to contract drawings and construction administration. Our work involves interaction with a broad range of clients: municipal and other public agencies, corporations, cultural and educational institutions, civic and community groups. We frequently collaborate with architects, artists, and other design professionals, leading large teams of consultants for complex projects involving multiple-entity clients. We led a 14-member multi-disciplinary team for the design of Hudson River Park, the 4.5 mile-long 550 acre park along Manhattan's west side. We are campus landscape architects for Princeton University. Our workload is carefully managed to ensure close personal involvement of the firm's partners in all phases of every project, allowing us to maintain high design standards, while meeting our clients' requirements for budget and schedule.
