Power Capital is a diversified private investment firm making investments in a variety of industries. Our particular interest is in real estate and oil and gas development. However, in certain circumstances, we can provide venture capital to early stage opportunities in other industries. In certain situations, Power Capital may also be engaged to provide financial and strategic advisory services to companies in need of assistance in meeting their corporate objectives and/or in developing a project. We look for opportunities that allow us to utilize our wealth of experience and provide us the opportunity to play an active role in project management and/or corporate oversight. The principal, John C. Alvarado, offers significant financial, operational, and business management experience. In certain instances, he can serve as the temporary "CFO" and as the financial expert where needed.
