Phoenix House operates two Community Residences in Springfield Gardens and West Brentwood for residents of Suffolk and Nassau counties who are struggling with substance abuse and diagnosed mental illness. Licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health, our residential programs offer a structured, safe and supportive living environment where clients can receive comprehensive treatment. Our programs focus on stabilizing acute symptoms of mental illness, and helping our clients to develop the skills and support necessary to lead fulfilling, drug-free lives. We help our clients prepare for the future by addressing daily living skills, socialization, symptom management and community reintegration.
