The Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, or NCS, is a New York non–profit organization committed to ending homelessness by providing men and women with housing and support that can transform their lives. NCS serves over 1,000 homeless men and women a year through a continuum of programs and services including outreach, a multi–service center, transitional and permanent supportive housing, and vocational and educational services.
