Murphy & Partners is a private equity investment firm concentrated on the smaller end of the middle market. Since inception, the firm has made over $75 million of direct private equity investments. We have been the major investor in 18 portfolio companies, involving dozens of leveraged acquisitions and a number of additional financing transactions. The firm consists of four partners with extensive experience in organizing, structuring, and managing private equity fund investments. We seek value opportunities with strong upside potential Our typical equity investment is from $1.0 to $10.0 million. We take an active, hands-on approach to our investments. We find and develop strong management teams and, post-investment, participate in planning, operations and development. We focus on cost-savings and bottom-line improvement and frequently use platform companies as vehicles for growth.
