Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, Miette Culinary Studio offers cooking classes, private culinary events, corporate team-building, and catering. The setting is intimate and charming in French countryside style. Along with a staff of professional chefs, classically-trained Belgian chef Paul Vandewoude, formerly of Le Zinc in Tribeca and West Village restaurants Tartine and Titou, teaches professional techniques and shares his most popular recipes with the class in hands-on sessions. Students prepare recipes and dine together at the end of each class. For parties and team-building events a customized menu is created, and Chef Paul teaches guests and participants how to prepare each dish. Private lessons are available.
