MKA was originally formed in 1985 by Michael Kelly. Mike quickly established a reputation of the highest quality based on strong ethics and exceptional client service. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (www.aesc.org). Our philosophy is to work in partnership with our clients to develop detailed job requirements and assessment criteria. Through research, extensive reference checking, and market intelligence we produce the best candidates for each search. The MKA assessment methodology provides our clients with in-depth information on the candidate's motivation, ethics, reputation, and success factors. This process highlights key traits with which the client can compare candidates and enhance its selection process. Unlike many other search firms, with MKA the partners who form and maintain client relationships actually interview and screen the candidates. This differentiation ensures two important things: First, the partners performing the searches understand exactly what the client desires because they participate in the creation of the assessment criteria.
