Kincaid Consulting, LLC provides forensic accounting and litigation support services to attorneys and their clients who are involved in a fraud investigation, litigation, arbitration, mediation, regulatory investigation or other type of dispute. We are called upon to provide forensic accounting services, expert testimony, litigation support, or confidential advice to counsel and clients. We believe strongly in teaching. We believe that providing attorneys with an understanding of accounting principals, auditing standards and what's new in accounting will foster a more dynamic working relationship between professionals from both fields; a relationship which will ultimately provide clients with the best results.
