Are senior staff members involved with clients? Kellyco's principals are intimately involved with every client project. Time allocation of staff resources is commensurate with project requirements. What types of consulting services does Kellyco offer? Kellyco provides marketing, marcom and design consulting services on a turnkey project basis and on a monthly or annual contractual basis. What kind of fees are involved? Estimates are provided free-of-charge following the submission of project requirements. Specifics are always needed before an accurate proposal may be developed. The client's specifications are weighed against the proposed usage of work, size of market, resources required and experience level of staff required. We are very confident our fees offer clients extraordinary value for their budget dollars. How much time is involved in getting an estimate? Estimates typically are provided within 48 hours of submitted project specifications. For complex projects and elaborate RFPs, more time may be needed. How does the billing process work? Kellyco charges by the project and in some cases by retainer. Clients are expected to remit an initial deposit of 50% of the estimated costs of the job. The balance is typically upon completion of the project unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Are there any other price considerations? Kellyco does offer discounts for educational institutions, non-profit and public sector organizations. If business needs or financial situation changes, can a project be terminated? Clients can cancel any project with written notice. Kellyco will only bill for those activities completed before the notification is received. All work and expenses incurred up until the termination date will billed by Kellyco and paid by client.
