Juno Investments LLC ("Juno") is a private equity firm based in New York and Chicago. We are engaged in the acquisition of controlling interests in companies in highly regulated industries such as defense, homeland security, medical devices, and infrastructure. We focus on lower middle market, domestic companies that have a unique competitive advantage stemming from either a niche expertise or a specialized ability to capitalize on the regulatory environment in which they operate. We are actively seeking companies that manufacture high value added products, dominate defensible market niches, and that can demonstrate strong growth potential if injected with sufficient capital and strategic guidance. Unlike other private equity firms, we do not shy away from "special situations" such as environmental or litigation issues. In each of our investments, we seek to partner with strong management teams that are interested in improving company performance by leveraging our deep expertise in acquisitions, operations and financial management. Our goal is to ensure the continuity of the existing management team while infusing the growth capital needed to nurture and improve the business, both internally and through strategic add-on acquisitions.
