Established in June of 2002, Implementation Solutions provides research collateral and consulting services to financial services firms in the US, Europe and Austral- Asia. Our mission is simple: fully satisfying our clients. We provide systems and operational consulting for global investment management firms as well as capital markets and other specialized financial services organizations. We specialize in aiding our clients in conceptualizing, effecting and evaluating or re-evaluating business and systems strategies, search and selection of packaged software solutions, retirement of legacy systems, implementation of new systems and on-going support. For those firms that require custom products, we provide a full life-cycle development strategy including business analysis, database design, project management, development, training and quality assurance resources. We help our Clients by bringing our specialized expertise to the evaluation, selection and implementation process. We primarily specialize in front- and middle-office applications supporting the research, compliance/risk management, order generation and order management process. We also specialize in electronic connectivity through the confirmation and affirmation process. Recently, we expanded our middle- and back-office specializations to include portfolio management, accounting, clearance, custody and settlement systems as well as tools for the reconciliation process. Historically, we have worked with the majority of household names in the financial services industry. We are very proud of our roster of Clients, which include classic buy-side, hedge fund, sell side, prime broker and vendor organizations. To this end, we maintain a presence in Boston, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Sarasota in addition to our headquarters in New York. Our goal is to open our Austral-Asian presence in Singapore in 2007.
