Iliad Antik has always provided our customers with the very best in antique furnishings from the Biedermeier, Neoclassical and Art Deco eras. From time to time, a request is made for a piece that is not part of the genre, such as an over-sized extendable dining table or a king size bed. In response to industry demand, Iliad Design creates period inspired furniture to the specification of our clients, using the same high quality techniques and impeccable European craftsmanship used to restore our antique furnishings. Pieces are designed by owner/partner Andrea Zemel and individually created in our Prague workshop using traditional methods of book matched veneering, carving, hand polishing, and 23 karat water gilding. Iliad Design provides the ultimate in style and elegance specializing in a unique blend of contemporary and traditional forms.
