IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC) provides products and services through a diversified portfolio of specialized and global brands. The Company operates in four sectors: Retailing; Transactions, which includes the Ticketmaster, LendingTree, Real Estate and ServiceMagic segments; Media & Advertising, and Membership & Subscriptions, which includes the Interval, Match and Entertainment reporting segments. In June 2007, the Company sold its German TV and Internet retailer, HSE Germany. In February 2008, the Company acquired TicketsNow, an online marketplace for music, sports and other live entertainment event tickets. On May 31, 2007, Interval acquired ResortQuest Hawaii, which generates revenue primarily from property management fees and service fees. In June 2008, it announced that MH Equity Investors, a subsidiary of MHE Private Equity Fund, LLC, acquired Entertainment Publications, Inc. (EPI), a provider of discounts and promotions, from the Company.
