Heskin Contemporary is an art gallery in New York City specializing in contemporary painting, drawing, and sculpture. The focus is to introduce and promote the works of emerging and established artists to new and seasoned collectors. After several years as the director of the Edward Thorp Gallery in New York and another few years as a private art advisor, Elizabeth Heskin moved to a ground floor gallery space just north of Chelsea on West 37th street. Here she continues to advise clients in acquiring works of art from private offerings on the secondary market. Additionally, Heskin Contemporary will introduce and promote the work of up and coming contemporary artists. The works exhibited with Heskin Contemporary represent many different styles ranging from realism to abstraction with an emphasis on individual vision and the skillful handling of craft.
