The construction work in developing countries especially Pakistan generates a host of problems and the firm provides adequate solutions in this particular area through project coordination and construction management. The firm has worked on valuation and assessment of properties and assets for a number of telecom organizations industries, buildings and services. We have carried out survey, valuation and assessment of properties and assets including machinery and equipment for Pakistan Telecommunications Corporation, telephone Industries of Pakistan, Progressive Papers Ltd. and several other public, corporate and industrial establishments. The CEO of EPMC, a woman engineer, is associated with a number of NGOs and CBOs and has conducted a variety of training workshops for housing, infrastructure, and sanitation and community development.
