We offer a diverse selection of tacos & other Mexican fare in an unpretentious, casual & social atmosphere. We have inventive cocktails, extensive wine, tequila & mezcal selections. The menu has been designed with the idea in mind that most ingredients worth eating can benefit further by being placed on top of a well-made tortilla. The kitchen team at Empellón explores the more ubiquitous flavors that we love about Mexican cooking in this country as well as the more obscure ones that we all should be loving by now. Empellón's approach to cuisine is informed by authenticity and tradition but is not limited by it.
