We make sure our technicians are certified to service all of the main products such as printers, servers, and desktop PCs, as well as network software such as Microsoft NT/2000, Novell, Lotus, etc ... In addition to our technical expertise, CRA reseller services allow our customers to take advantage of our vendor alliances when purchasing hardware or software. We have favorable relationships with many key distributors since we are constantly purchasing their products for our customers. Many of our customers have initially come to us because of these favorable pricing arrangements. Whether it be our products or services, another favorable aspect of our business model is our immediate response to our clientele. If there is a technical problem during the course of a business day, we understand the importance of quickly resolving this so our customer(s) can get back to business as soon as possible. During our tenure in this industry, we have been able to grow our business by adapting to the demands of our customers. Because of this, we have been able to expand our Value Added Services in order to provide our clients with the best possible service and support. We hope to continue this in years to come.
