Cadus Corporation is engaged in the development and application of yeast-based and other drug discovery technologies. The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Cadus Technologies, Inc. (the Subsidiary), which holds all applications, licenses and drug discovery technologies of the Company. Cadus and the Subsidiary have limited operations.
