Behrman Capital is a private equity investment firm with more than $2.0 billion of capital under management. Founded in New York in 1991 by brothers Grant G. Behrman and Darryl G. Behrman, the firm invests in management buyouts, leveraged buildups and recapitalizations of established growth companies. In 1996 William M. Matthes joined the firm to open the San Francisco office.
