Noble EMS is an Advanced Life Support patient care provider, offering emergency and non-emergency transport for patients throughout Louisiana, the United States and Central America, via ground, helicopter and fixed wing ambulance, 24 hours per day. Here is a list of some of our most frequent tasks:Advanced Life Support Paramedic care. Basic Life Support Emergency Medical Technician care. Employ only Nationally Registered EMT's, Intermediates and Paramedics who possess Louisiana State Certification. Employ Emergency Medical Dispatchers competent in their skills. Provide emergency and non-emergency ambulance transportation, helicopter, fixed wing,and some wheel chair transportation to and from medical facilities..6. Administer an on-going Quality Assurance program in effort to assure excellent patient care for those we treat and transport. Appreciate and promote successful hospital affiliations. Stress the importance of Community involvement. We are members in good standing of the American Ambulance Association, the Association of Air Medical Services and several other professional organizations that set the Standards for our industry. We are accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), one of 18 in the U.S. and the only one in the state of Louisiana. We work toward the assurance of competent and professional patient care and transportation. We value human life and wish to do whatever we can to decrease the mortality and morbidity rates of the communities we serve. We actively promote excellent health care. Our goal is to deliver the top quality treatment and transportation, that out patients expect, in a timely manner. Should a patient have a problem or concern with the treatment they receive, we respond quickly to make certain the problem is resolved. This input is then utilized to evaluate and improve our performance. Noble EMS is part of an ever changing industry of pre-hospital care. Our unique team of professionals assures our ability to stay inline as a leader. Always working toward offering the highest standard of patient care. Our Ambulance Operations Group is responsible for performing this patient care and the transportation of the sick and injured. Most of our employees make up this group, and are responsible for the important steps involved in the provision of patient care and transportation. The Communications Group is responsible for the processing of information, the request for ambulance transportation, patient triage, providing post-dispatch, pre-arrival instructions and ambulance tracking and distribution. Aside from these two groups, there are many departments in our company, equally essential to delivering our services. Our Billing Office Group of employees submit claims for payment of services provided and monitors income and expenses, so our services are competitively priced and our profits sufficient to operate our business. Our Personnel Office is designed to help hire and orient all of our employees.
