We are certified by Medicare and Medicaid and have consistently met and exceeded the standards required by the Department of Health and Hospitals - Health Standards Section. ACTS Home Health Care, Inc is a service-based organization that provides superior individualized nursing care and other quality health care services to our clients. In addition to our certifications, we are pleased to report that we have received Accreditation with Commendation, signifying exemplary performance in meeting the national standards set by the JCAHO. ACTS Home Health Care, Inc operates and furnishes services according to all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and to accepted professional standards and principles.
