West Winds Tennis and Fitness Center is a full service, year round tennis and fitness facility nestled in Central Maryland's rural Frederick County. The West Winds Tennis facility has 5 indoor heated clay courts, 3 outdoor lighted hard courts and Pro Shop. Instructional, recreational and competitive tennis opportunities are available for adults and children. The West Winds Fitness gym holds 22 pieces of Life Fitness equipment, free weights, personal training staff and monthly scheduled exercise classes.
