TLC Health Care Services ("TLC") is a leading national provider of Medicare home health care services, specializing in care for the elderly. TLC currently serves over 43,000 patients annually, through an interdisciplinary team of caregivers led by nurses and therapists in each of their more than 100 locations nationwide.
