Centrex is one of the largest participating providers in our industry. We submit laboratory claims directly to the insurance carriers below. If you have received a bill from Centrex and your insurance information was not provided at the time of service, please feel free to e-mail Elizabeth your insurance information. Include your Centrex billing number, insurance carrier, insurance identification number and your group number (if applicable). Our billing representatives perform in-house billing, with an extensive background/experience in medical billing, claim review, CPT4 and ICD-9 coding skills. Medical necessity checking is performed at each patient service center.
