Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) develops, markets and supports product lifecycle management (PLM) software solutions and related services. The Company’s software solutions include a suite of mechanical computer-aided design (CAD), engineering calculation, and extensible markup language (XML)-based document authoring tools (its desktop solutions), and a range of Internet-based collaboration, content and process management, and publishing technologies (its enterprise solutions). On November 30, 2007, PTC, through Parametric Technology GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary completed the acquisition of CoCreate Software GmbH (CoCreate). In November 2007, it acquired Logistics Business Systems Ltd. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007, the Company acquired NC Graphics Ltd., ITEDO Software GmbH and ITEDO Software LLC.
