TAARP, Inc. has received approval for the City of St. Louis First Charter School: The African American Rite of Passage Institute. UMSL is the Sponsor for TAARP's Charter School and Charter Consultants, a division of The Governor French Academy, Inc. of Belleville, Illinois has been contracted to manage TAARP's Charter School.
