USAuto Holdings, Inc. is a fully integrated retailer, servicer and underwriter of non-standard personal automobile insurance that serves its customers through 124 Company-owned retail locations staffed by USAuto employee-agents. The Company currently writes automobile insurance in 6 states (TN, GA, AL, MS, MO and OH) and is licensed to do business in an additional 12 states. On December 15, 2003, USAuto Holdings, Inc. agreed to be acquired by Liberté Investors Inc., subject to certain conditions, including the approval of Liberté stockholders. The transaction is expected to close on or shortly after April 30, 2004.
