Founded in 1922, Bass, Berry & Sims specializes in representing corporations in sophisticated business transactions, such as securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and banking/financing transactions, and complex litigation. In addition to the Memphis office, the firm currently has more than 100 attorneys in its Nashville office, eight in its Knoxville office and plan to add at least ten attorneys to its Memphis office within the next two years.
