Baker Sullivan Hoover was formed in 1979 by Gary T. Baker and Catherine C. Sullivan after working several years in the tax department of a national accounting firm. Jay Hoover joined the firm in 1985 after spending six years with another local firm and was admitted to the partnership in 1990. Gary Baker retired in 1990 but remains an active client of the firm. For more than 25 years, the accounting and consulting firm of Baker Sullivan Hoover has catered to its clients needs, handling everything from tax planning, accounting and financial reporting issues to business consulting and financial planning services.
