The Hunt Hollow Board of Directors currently consists of 15 members that volunteer their time to serve the club and ensure its future success. Board members can be re-elected for up to two consecutive three-year terms. The organizational structure is a traditional one with a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer acting as an Executive Committee. Other key positions include Operations, Marketing, Membership, Social, and Facilities. Board Members often serve on several committees in planning and reviewing activities. The board meets every second Monday of the month throughout the year. Many committee members meet weekly to discuss issues at hand. Since most decisions affect the entire membership, members at large are encouraged to join committees that they are interested in. Not only is this pivotal to the success of any task, it also gives members an opportunity to directly influence the outcome.
