Obtiva was founded by Kevin P. Taylor. After successfully leading several software teams from traditional waterfall development methodologies to Extreme Programming (XP), Kevin was inspired to continue leading teams through this evolution. Now, in addition to coaching teams on XP/Agile methodologies, Obtiva consultants deliver a full range of I.T. training and implementation services, from custom in-house software delivery, to expert coaching, to staffing large client projects with knowledgeable agile practitioners.
