Naperville Public Libraries (NPL) is partnering with Little Friends, Inc. to design and deliver story-time programs and literacy skills training for its students and clients. Staff from both organizations will cross-train each other in order to gain greater understanding of professional roles and to expand skill sets. This program serves as a model for client service development to special populations.
