The primary goal of the company is to provide quality and value to its customers. It is a promise and a passion established by Jim Nolan himself, more than 20 years ago. Do we possess a thorough attention to detail? A higher standard of quality has always been part our reputation. Our project experience includes hotel, restaurant and winery hospitality. High end custom homes and estates have been an important part of our business, instilling an awareness and appreciation of finer materials and craftsmanship. Do we perform to a schedule? Our project schedule is a comprehensive analysis of all activities for both the programming and construction phases of a project. The master schedule must interrelate all work, both on-site and off-site. Milestones, once established, can then be updated and monitored as needed. Our schedule is developed and maintained on Suretrak software. We constantly monitor the critical activities as work progresses in order to identify and resolve any problems that may affect the schedule. Job progress is monitored via weekly owner's meetings. On the more immediate horizon, our superintendent will maintain Three Week Look-Ahead Schedule measured in days and hours. Are we team players and team problem solvers? We work hard to maintain a positive and productive working relationship with all members of the team: owners and their representatives, architects, design consultants, engineers, building officials, and all who contribute to the process. We want to become a partner in the planning and execution of your construction project, and to contribute to the success of all parties. Our goal is to identify and solve issues before they become problems. Will we establish and maintain a working relationship with our client? First and foremost, we are "at the service" of our client. We believe in timely and direct communication. All members of our team will be accessible, ready to address issues and concerns, to receive suggestions and comments, and respond quickly to your requests. We hope to enhance your understanding and familiarity of the construction process. Owner's meetings are scheduled weekly. Attendance by architects, engineers and consultants is desired and encouraged. Clear and efficient financial reporting is supported by the use of American Contractor, our accounting software. For project management we utilize Prolog to track and document the course of the project, all changes and events. Scheduling is accomplished with Suretrak and Microsoft Project.
