Hackley Hospital is committed to giving every patient information in the way that he or she understands best. In order to better serve our patients we have developed a Language Services Program that provides qualified healthcare interpreters for our patients and their families. Access to our on-site Spanish language interpreters and over-the-phone interpretation of more than 150 languages is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to our language interpreters we also provide QAIII certified Sign Language interpreters and assist devices for the deaf and hearing impaired. All interpreter/language services are provided free of charge. If you or a family member need an interpreter: Notify your doctor.Hackley Hospital Central Scheduling will work with your doctorÍs office to make sure an interpreter is scheduled for your hospital appointment.
