The Pilot Certification Program enables an individual, either customer and/or partner, to be recognized and rewarded for their superior knowledge and will assist with gaining credibility with organizations who are looking for operational performance management expertise. Additionally, customers will have the ultimate comfort in knowing they are receiving the finest skill set when deploying their operational performance management solutions. The program consists of a two-part certification process, which includes a comprehensive written exam and extensive implementation exam. The exams are constructed to measure core product knowledge and solid command of Pilot's operational performance management ideology. Pilot currently offers three types of certifications to meet different individual needs.
